My Story
I still remember my first ten months in real estate. Zero closings.
I had my license, I was working hard, and nobody helped me. Nobody showed me what to do with all the names I was collecting. So I built my own system with index cards and a legal pad, long before CRMs existed. It took time, but I grew every single year after that.
That system became the 8 Bucket System, and it's still one of my tools. But today I coach real estate professionals across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Hispanoamérica on every part of their production: planning, prospecting, listings, buyers, negotiation, time, and mindset.
None of it happened by chance. It happened because I stopped collecting names and started following up with purpose.
